Leading the culinary team at Tillman’s Roadhouse is Executive Chef Michael Morabito. The son of well-known Chef Dominic Morabito, Michael’s culinary influence began at an early age, growing up in restaurants where he developed his passion for creating intricate, extraordinary cuisine.

Morabito has over 30 years of extensive culinary experience, having spent four years at the Palace Court in Caesars Palace under the tutelage of Arnauld Briand of Lyon, France, followed by 12 years side-by-side with Dean Fearing of The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas. He successfully led the culinary operation at the World Famous Colonial Country Club of Fort Worth, Texas for five years before joining up with Jeffrey and Ross Kollinger at IHG. Specializing in Saucier and menu development, Morabito is a World Class Chef.

A native of Palm Springs, his family has resided in Arlington, Texas for the past 40 years. Michael is married to Kristina Morabito of Kailua Hawaii, and they have a great dog named Elsie and four cats—Smokie, Sissy, Stinky and Blue.
